Whether you’re sleeping, reading, working, watching TV, enjoying the built-in massage system, or going into the “zero-g” position, the Avocado Adjustable Bed Frame's array of clickable preset positions support your wellness at the touch of a button. Not quite right? Easy micro-adjustments customize the bed to your exact needs. An independent head lift keeps you close to your nightstand and can raise up to 65 degrees — a complete sitting position. What’s more, the frame has a “wall-hugging” effect, so unlike other adjustables, it doesn’t pull you away from your night stand as it lifts you up. On the other end, an independent leg lift raises up to 35 degrees — and also lowers for chaise lounge-style relaxing.

Unlike standard rolling lumbar supports, Avocado’s Adjustable Bed Frame offers a full edge-to-edge system to avoid the "rolling off" feeling. On traditional power bases, sleepers lay near the edge of the base to utilize the lumbar support. On ours, a separated section gives support to your lower back just where you need it to relieve pain, which is a huge benefit to those with lower back issues.

The “zero-g” preset elevates the upper body and legs as if they were floating in space. This position can reduce pressure points throughout the body and increase circulation. By raising the head and legs above the torso, many say “zero-g” can also improve digestion while reducing snoring, heartburn, lower back pain, and swelling in the feet.

An automatic setting on your remote control that gently eases them into a more upright position, which can reduce snoring by opening up the airways.
HEADBOARD COMPATIBLE
Headboards fit our luxury Adjustable Bed Frame seamlessly with brackets and a few screws. Avocado’s handsome, natural headboard is the perfect complement to our Adjustable Bed Frame. It’s made from reclaimed wood. Our headboard is handmade in Los Angeles by our team of craftspeople, who finish it in “rustic raw” with a zero-VOC sealant.

Although the mechanics and interior structure is metal, the upholstery around the perimeter of the frame is made from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified cotton and wool, both of which are responsibly sourced from farms in India. The furniture-grade wood feet are even made from solid oak.

We designed our king size Adjustable Bed Frame as two split units that fit together, enabling partners to customize the bed to their individual comfort. Using two twin XL mattresses, each sleeper controls their side of the bed independent of their partner’s — so you are always positioned how you want.

The benefits of wool’s complex and natural physio-chemical structure are endless: it wicks away moisture, acts as an all-natural fire barrier, and it’s breathable — both warm and cool when you need it. It’s also non-allergenic (ideal for those who suffer allergies to feather and down or synthetic bedding products) and a renewable resource. No additives or synthetics are added to the wool. We exclusively use GOTS-certified organic wool.

When you add our optional Reclaimed Headboard, brackets are included for a seamless fit. Our headboard is made from sustainably-harvested, 100% reclaimed wood. It is handmade in Los Angeles by our team of craftspeople, who finish it in “rustic raw” with a zero-VOC sealant.
