Coupon & Promotional Code Policy: Coupons (and discount codes) must be used at the time of the original purchase, only at check-out, and cannot be retroactively applied or switched if a different coupon was selected. Coupons are not transferable and may not be reproduced, purchased, traded, or sold. We reserve the right to reject orders that use a coupon code obtained from a bulletin board or other Internet site, or that violate any restrictions.

Price Match Policy: If you find the same new item at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase from an authorized retailer, we’ll refund the difference to your original form of payment. To request a price adjustment, please contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of your order date and provide proof of the lower price. Terms & Conditions: This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Avocado. The item must be identical (same model, size, and color) and in stock at the time of the price match request. The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable. The offer must be from an authorized retailer; we do not match prices from auction sites, marketplaces, resellers, or unauthorized retailers. We reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet these conditions.
