UPCYCLED WOOD
Our cutting boards are crafted from upcycled, sustainably sourced wood—Beechwood, Walnut and Maple—giving new life to high-quality materials that would otherwise go to waste. Beechwood is a practical and eco-friendly hardwood known for its uniform color and minimalistic aesthetic, making it an ideal choice for any kitchen. Maple, celebrated for its strength, durability, and food-safe qualities, offers a smooth finish that deepens in beauty over time. Walnut, with its rich, dark tones and FSC® Certification, adds a touch of elegance while providing exceptional durability for both cutting and serving.
NATURAL FINISH
Each board is finished with Tried & True Original Wood Finish, a blend of linseed oil (derived from flax seeds) and beeswax that enhances the natural beauty of the wood while providing food-safe, non-toxic protection. With zero VOCs and renewable ingredients, this finish adds lasting durability and water resistance, ensuring your board stands up for daily use.
UNIQUE & HANDCRAFTED
As with all natural wood products, each cutting board is one-of-a-kind, with variations in grain, color, and knot quantity, adding to its unique character.
PROJECT ZERO WASTE
We're proud to be certified by UL Solutions for a landfill diversion rate of 85%. That means only 15% of our manufacturing waste ends up in the landfill — we upcycle or recycle the rest. We are the first mattress and bedding company to achieve this. We're not done yet. Our goal is at least a 90% diversion rate. Read more about Project Zero Waste.
